To shop with us:

You must be at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a legal guardian.
You agree not to misuse the website in any way that disrupts our service or compromises its security.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date. However:

Slight variations in color may occur due to different screen settings and lighting.
All jewelry is carefully quality-checked, but minor inconsistencies in handcrafted items may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
We accept payments via secure payment gateways including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

Orders & Fulfilment

Once an order is placed:

You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Orders cannot be modified once processed.
In case of non-availability of a product, we’ll inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout but may vary due to external factors like weather, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Exchanges are not currently available for online orders — we’re working on it!
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. If your order is already out for delivery, simply refuse the package.

Store Credits & Offers

Refunds via store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Promotional offers (like Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are valid only when the full qualifying order is returned. Partial returns or exchanges under such offers will not be accepted.
Free gifts or bonus items must also be returned if the main product is returned.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including logos, images, designs, copy, and product names - belongs to Grayline. Please don’t use, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written consent. We love being copied for the vibe, not the content.
